Practical AI Webinars with Brooke Gallagher

"You came away with a much clearer sense of how to work effectively with AI. The session was not just what the tools do, but how to use them in a way that supports your own creativity and critical thinking. Brooke is very human-centred in her approach and she's upfront about how AI should enhance your thinking rather than replace it."

Head of Customer Engagement, Large Multi Site Performing Arts Organisation

Two live online sessions on getting more from AI in your everyday work, delivered in July and August 2026.

About Brooke

Brooke has spent 20 years in the arts, culture and software sectors, bridging the gap between humanity and technology. Her work has always involved empowering people to make the most of the software tools at their disposal, whether at the National Theatre, Tessitura Network or Spektrix. She has worked with hundreds of people on AI literacy, training and adoption across the UK and Europe, from marketing, ticketing and fundraising teams to production managers and HR professionals.

Optimise your AI setup and improve the quality of what it produces

In this practical session, Brooke covers core AI concepts and ways to mitigate the generic, low quality or inaccurate responses that AI is known for. She provides a framework to optimise your individual AI setup, shares ways to improve your prompts and shows how to use AI as a collaborator. Whether you're using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, you'll be able to put this into practice in your everyday work straight away.

Who is this for?

If you consider yourself a beginner (you've tried tools like ChatGPT to help with writing emails or answering customer queries) or you're new to using AI, this session will get you set up to see better results straight away, results that will keep improving over time.

Takeaways

  • A clearer picture of why AI gives generic or inaccurate answers, and what's in your control.
  • Your own AI setup, configured in the session.
  • Frameworks you can apply to any prompt, any tool.
  • A shift from single questions to working with AI as a collaborator.

Turn a repetitive workflow into a streamlined process (agents and skills)

In this practical workshop, you'll learn how to build a Copilot Agent (Basic or Premium), Gemini Gem, or ChatGPT or Claude Skill that takes a repetitive process and automates the unrewarding parts of it. You hold onto the critical thinking and human insight. The AI takes the unengaging parts, such as organising information, copying and pasting, and producing consistent outputs. Brooke will provide a useful framework and sample use cases you can replicate for your own everyday workflows. You'll leave knowing how to build a Copilot agent, Gem or Skill that handles the parts of the job you don't get energy from.

Who is this for?

Anyone who came to the first webinar, or anyone who uses AI semi-regularly and is somewhat confident with the basics of setup and prompting.

Takeaways

  • A way to tell what's worth handing to AI and what needs your judgement.
  • Hands-on practice building an Agent, Gem, or Skill in your own tool.
  • A framework and examples you can adapt to your own workflows.
